The primary focus of the conference is on new and original research results in the areas of theoretical findings, design, implementation and applications. Both theoretical paper and simulation (experimental) results are welcome. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to the following:

Papers presenting original research findings and practical experiences are invited. Each submission must be written in English and be between 6 and 8 pages in length, following the IEEE proceedings format, including references and illustrations. Electronic submissions in PDF format are strongly recommended. Submission of a paper should be regarded as an undertaking that, should the paper be accepted, at least one of the authors will attend the conference to present the paper.

All submitted papers will undergo peer review by members of the Technical Program Committee and will be evaluated based on originality, significance, relevance, technical quality, and clarity of presentation. Accepted papers will be published in the IEEE categorized conference proceedings and will be submitted for indexing to EI (Compendex), DBLP and other indexing services. Selected high-quality papers will be invited to submit extended versions to partner journals, such as Security & Safety, subject to the journal's scope, review process, and publication requirements.

We will not accept any paper which, at the time of submission, is under review, is accepted for publication, or has already been published in another conference or a journal. Authors are also expected not to submit their papers elsewhere during the reviewing period.
IEEE CRESS is utterly intolerant of plagiarism. Submitted papers are expected to contain original work executed by the authors with adequate, proper and scholarly citations to the work of others. It is the job of the authors to clearly identify both their own contribution(s) and also published results / techniques on which they depend or build. Reviewers are charged to ensure these standards are met.
If the author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:
1. Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
2. Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s)
3. Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
4. Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist”
