- October 31, 2026 — Paper Submission Deadline
- November 15, 2026 — Author Notification
- November 25, 2026 — Final Paper Deadline
- November 30, 2026 — Author Registration Deadline
- December 4–6, 2026 — Conference

IEEE CRESS 2025 Papers Now Indexed in EI Compendex and Updated Important Dates for IEEE CRESS 2026
We are pleased to provide an update on the EI Compendex indexing status of the IEEE CRESS 2025 conference papers.
According to our latest verification on the Engineering Village platform, all papers published in the IEEE CRESS 2025 conference proceedings are now indexed in EI Compendex. Each paper has an individual searchable record and can be retrieved by paper title, author name, and other bibliographic information.
Previously, the "Preface" record of the IEEE CRESS 2025 proceedings had become searchable in Compendex, while the individual papers had not yet appeared as separate searchable records. The Organizing Committee continued to communicate with and follow up with the relevant parties regarding this matter. We are pleased to confirm that this issue has now been resolved.
Meanwhile, the Call for Papers for IEEE CRESS 2026 is now open. To provide authors with additional time to prepare and polish their submissions, the conference dates and the corresponding important deadlines have been adjusted as follows:
- October 31, 2026 — Paper Submission Deadline
- November 15, 2026 — Author Notification
- November 25, 2026 — Final Paper Deadline
- November 30, 2026 — Author Registration Deadline
- December 4–6, 2026 — Conference
IEEE CRESS 2026 will continue to follow IEEE requirements for peer review, publication, and quality control. Accepted and presented papers that meet IEEE publication requirements will be submitted to IEEE for possible inclusion in IEEE Xplore and, in accordance with applicable procedures, to relevant indexing services including EI Compendex. Final publication and indexing outcomes are subject to the review and approval of IEEE and the respective indexing databases.
We sincerely welcome researchers and practitioners worldwide to submit their latest work to IEEE CRESS 2026. We would also greatly appreciate it if you could share the Call for Papers with interested colleagues and students.
